Coconut Cake
Mmm coconut. Delicious and healthy! One of my favourite Low Carb High Fat recipes is this Coconut Cake. You can make it either in spring form or as individual little cakes using a muffin pan.
- 75g of Butter
- Stevia (sweeten according to taste)
- 1 Egg
- 2/3 of a cup (1,5 dl) of Almond Flour
- 1/3 of a cup (1 dl) of Shredded Coconut
- 1 Tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/2 a Tsp of Natural Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 of a cup (1 dl) of Whipping Cream
